Terms and Conditions for Ultimate Wifi 1. Agreement: By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms at any time, so please review them regularly. 2. Pricing and Availability: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Images are for illustration only. Prices and availability are subject to change. We'll offer alternatives or refunds if an ordered product is unavailable. 3. Order Processing and Shipping: We typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders before 10 am (weekdays) may ship the same day (not guaranteed). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Shipping is free for orders over R600, and a flat rate of R99 applies for orders under R600. We use a door to door courier service. Large items may have additional shipping fees. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not liable for courier delays. We cannot ship to certain areas. Payment is due before shipment unless credit terms are arranged. Free shipping does not apply to warranty repairs/replacements. 4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation: Completing an order on our site does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing. You have 3 days to complete payment for your order, or it will be cancelled. 5. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for lost profits, consequential damages, or third-party claims. We are not liable for product availability, lost data, or services by third parties. Our maximum liability for any product or service is the purchase price you paid. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including product unavailability, carrier delays, or natural disasters. 6. Returns and Warranty: You can return most products within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping). You have 12 months warranty on most products (unless otherwise stated). We will replace, repair, or refund faulty products based on stock availability. A 30% restocking fee may apply for returns not in brand new condition or with broken seals. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty (within 6 months of purchase). Warranty claims require evaluation and may be denied for misuse, missing parts, or product alterations. 7.
